Air duct inspection for South Bay homes and businesses

An inspection tells you what's going on inside the accessible parts of your duct system before you spend money on cleaning. We look for buildup, damaged or loose sections and airflow problems, then explain your options.

Good reasons to book one

  • You're buying a home or just moved in
  • Some rooms get weak air
  • Dust keeps coming back
  • You've been told you need cleaning and want to check
  • You've finished a remodel

What we check

  • Inside register boxes and vent openings
  • Return grilles and filter condition
  • Accessible flex lines and connections
  • Signs of pests, moisture or disconnected sections
  • Airflow at the vents

What you'll learn

You'll know what we could see, what we couldn't reach and what we'd do next. Sometimes that means cleaning, sometimes repair, and sometimes changing the filter and leaving the ducts alone. We don't test air quality in a lab, and we'd refer anything that looks like mold or an unsafe system to the right specialist.

How a visit works

  1. Call or send a request. Tell us your city, what you've noticed and the type of property.
  2. We look first. We check the accessible parts of the vents or ducts and take you through what we see.
  3. You get a clear quote. You'll know the scope before any work begins.
  4. We do the work and show you. We go over what we cleaned, what we couldn't reach and anything that needs repair.

Frequently asked questions

Does an inspection include cleaning?

No. It's a separate step, so you can decide with the facts in front of you. If you'd like us to go ahead, we'll give you a quote first.

Can you see inside the whole duct system?

Not always. Ducts inside walls and ceilings may be hard to view. We'll tell you which sections we could and couldn't check.

Do you offer indoor air quality testing?

We check the ducts and airflow, but we don't run lab air testing. A certified indoor air quality professional can do that if you need it.
