How we plan the job

A walkthrough tells us how many registers there are, whether we need ceiling access and which areas need protecting. We then agree on a work order, an access time and who needs to be told. For occupied spaces we can work in sections.

Before you book

Bring us the building's access rules, the location of the HVAC equipment and any recent maintenance notes if you have them. Tenants should check who is responsible for the HVAC system under their lease. Building managers can tell us about elevator bookings, parking and permitted work hours.

What you get afterwards

You'll hear what was cleaned, what couldn't be reached and any damage we noticed. Ask us for before-and-after photos if you need them for your records or a property owner.

2. We look first. We check the accessible parts of the vents or ducts and take you through what we see.
3. You get a clear quote. You'll know the scope before any work begins.
4. We do the work and show you. We go over what we cleaned, what we couldn't reach and anything that needs repair.
